Staying at the Highbury was a delightful experience from start to finish, with Kate's warm hospitality making us feel right at home. The historical charm of the hotel added a unique touch to our stay, complemented by the comfortable beds and thoughtful breakfast inclusions. The convenient location allowed us to easily explore Launceston, although the steep climb provided magnificent views. We particularly appreciated the well-equipped kitchen and spacious dining area, perfect for enjoying meals while taking in the scenery. Highbury offers excellent value for money, making it a highly recommended choice for couples seeking a cozy retreat in this historic city.
